I've been in the Transportation field, in one way or another, for over 41 years.
I have been published in Consumer Digest, Chicago Tribune and had a syndicated transportation column with several newspapers. I have evaluated vehicles at Ford's Dearborn, Michigan Proving, GM's Milford, Michigan Proving Grounds, Chrysler's Chelsea, Michigan Proving Grounds and have tested and witnessed crash-testing of vehicles at the old American Motors Proving Grounds in Burlington, Wisconsin....
I have actually driven 40 foot buses for the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) city bus lines, massive FWD commercial snow plows, street sweepers, school buses, taxi cabs, limos, ambulances, trucks with Federal Express (FEDEX)and United Parcel Service (UPS), and Police Cars.
I've had driving experiences with Jimmy Stewart, Bob Boundarant and Carrol Shelby. Had interviews with Richard Petty, Lee Iaccoca, Mfr. engineers, oil companies, et al....
